We couldn't go to the circus and not get cotton candy. This was gone in about 5 minutes....5 minutes of pure sugar bliss.
This was the best picture I could get of the circus ring in the big tent.
Picture of Jared and I right before the show.
This was the main "stuntman/clown" for the circus. Sorry, but this was the best picture I got since it was so dark and my flash wouldn't work that far. :) His name was Bella and if you can tell by the picture, his blond hair stood straight up about 1 1/2 feet tall! He was a REALLY good entertainer!
Great pic of Jared and his best friend! Uhh....I mean, a clown.
And here is a video of the main guy doing a stunt...
This was the lumberjack show at the Sarasota County Fair. The two guys were racing against the guy with the chainsaw. The two guys won!
Jared on the Ferris Wheel. I hate Ferris Wheels, but Jared made me go on it since "You are a Phares Wheel!"
Jared on the Glider Ride right before take-off.
Jared gliding through the air. This ride lays you flat down and your legs and arms are hanging. Fun ride!
Jared enjoying the ride...
Us on a ride that is beating the tar out of us...
Jared and I on our last ride for the day....after this one Jared said, "My stomach really hurts...I think I'm done riding rides."
This ride was a really fun one that spun us around over and over. We were pretty dizzy after this one!
One of the pics of the BMX stunt show.
This guy was actually driving over the kid. This stunt was showing us how much bike control he has!
Using the kid as a ramp...actually just jumping him.
Very brave kid....Jared even said that, he said that he wouldn't have been able to do this!
This is the kid and the announcer guy standing on the ramp as the BMX stuntman jumped over them. It was a really good show!
Animal time....I don't remember the Noble County Fair having these!
Or elephants...
This is more like the county fair I was use to! :) I made sure to take Jared to all of the animal barns. It was fun to see how much Jared knew about the cows since he's been to our farm so many times. He knew the difference between the Angus beef cows and the Holsteins! We had a really good time, although I am still hurting from the rides! I'm getting too old for those things! Jared even prayed that night at bed that his "private area" would feel better and he thanked God that he thinks he'll still be able to have kids!! We laughed for a while about that prayer...good thing I'm done having kids! :)
