Just the Two of Us...

So here are some belated pictures of Jared and I at the Circus Sarasota in February. I realized that I hadn't put any pictures of it on the blog, so I figured I would combine this blog to include both the circus and the Sarasota County Fair that we attended this past Monday. The circus was done in a huge tent which made it even more fun! It is also pretty neat because Sarasota is known throughout the world for the Ringling Circus. Sarasota is the home to a lot of people in the circus as they have a training facility down here. It was just Jared and I as Janelle doesn't really like the circus, (she is actually scared of them) so she volunteered to stay home with Logan. I also posted pictures from our trip to the Sarasota Fair. I have never been to one down here in Florida! Jared has never really been to a county fair either! We had a great time and here are the pics...

We couldn't go to the circus and not get cotton candy. This was gone in about 5 minutes....5 minutes of pure sugar bliss.

This was the main "stuntman/clown" for the circus. Sorry, but this was the best picture I got since it was so dark and my flash wouldn't work that far. :) His name was Bella and if you can tell by the picture, his blond hair stood straight up about 1 1/2 feet tall! He was a REALLY good entertainer!

This was the lumberjack show at the Sarasota County Fair. The two guys were racing against the guy with the chainsaw. The two guys won!

This ride was a really fun one that spun us around over and over. We were pretty dizzy after this one!

This guy was actually driving over the kid. This stunt was showing us how much bike control he has!

Animal time....I don't remember the Noble County Fair having these!

This is more like the county fair I was use to! :) I made sure to take Jared to all of the animal barns. It was fun to see how much Jared knew about the cows since he's been to our farm so many times. He knew the difference between the Angus beef cows and the Holsteins! We had a really good time, although I am still hurting from the rides! I'm getting too old for those things! Jared even prayed that night at bed that his "private area" would feel better and he thanked God that he thinks he'll still be able to have kids!! We laughed for a while about that prayer...good thing I'm done having kids! :)

A few video updates...

Here are a couple of videos from tonight. I realized tonight that I have only been taking pictures of us and not doing any videos, so tonight was video night. The first video is of me trying to get Logan to smile. He started doing this a few days ago, but not on demand. The second video is of Janelle and myself trying to get Logan to smile before bath time tonight. The last video is of Jared playing his electric guitar for me. And just so you know....Logan left eye is all funky right now..not quite sure what it is. We think it could be pink eye...

Jared never looks comfortable when Logan is crying. In fact, whenever Logan cries in his crib, he wants to go get him. Even if we are "trying" to let him cry himself to sleep. Janelle and him usually end up getting him after about 5 minutes of crying. :)

Beach Pictures-Part One of Many....

Here are some of the great pictures my sister-in-law Kellie took while she was down here! We spent a Sunday afternoon taking these pictures on Siesta Key Beach which is only about 15 minutes away from us. The first set of pictures are of Jared and Tyler playing soccer and of Janelle and I during our photo shoot. :) Just to let you know...these pics were all done while Logan was sleeping. I will post more day to day. Thanks again to Kellie for the awesome pictures! If anyone back home in Indiana needs some family pictures done, contact her!

Uncle Tyler and Aunt Kellie Here From Indiana!!
